1. While there is no fee to participate in Retrofit Assist, EnerGuide home energy evaluations are required before and after the retrofit project is completed. Costs vary between communities, but are estimated at $700 (before) and $400 (after).
   
   Subsidies may be available in your community.
   
   
2. If a participant chooses to access financing through the program, there is an associated administration fee applied.
