About Retrofit Assist?

Retrofit Assist provides support all the way from interested to installed. Participants in the program have the opportunity to work with a team of in-house experts who guide them along their retrofit journey and help them navigate the various rebates and funding sources available to maximize their savings.

Retrofit Assist also provides expert consultations from professional energy advisors and contractors specialising in air sealing, insulation, windows and doors, HVAC, and more.  

Communities that implement Retrofit Assist receive a strategic, customized service designed to meet their specific needs and objectives and are supported by a partnership based on transparency. Retrofit Assist has been running since 2022 and is currently operating in 3 communities.
