Retrofit Assist with LEEP10

A deep energy retrofit reduces a home’s energy needs by at least 50%. It requires enhancing the building envelope, electrifying mechanical systems, and potentially adding solar generation.

Participating in Retrofit Assist with LEEP10 will put two coordinated teams at your service, so you can complete a deep energy retrofit in record time.

Here’s how the process works.

1. APPLY

Applications for Retrofit Assist with LEEP10 are due March 31, 2025.

After an onboarding call, you can decide whether to participate in standard Retrofit Assist, or you can follow the LEEP10 deep energy retrofit process. If that’s you, read on…

2. EXPLORE POSSIBILITIES

Working with Retrofit Assist and a registered Energy Advisor, you will get to understand your needs and priorities and the possibilities for getting your home to net-zero energy.

On top of the $99 EnerGuide home energy evaluation standard to Retrofit Assist, you will also receive:

  • Electrical assessment
  • Solar generation assessment
  • Heating and cooling assessment
  • Fresh air circulation testing
  • Radon testing

That’s a $12,000 value you’ll receive for only $99+tax!

3. BUILD A ROADMAP

Working with thinkBright Homes, you will develop an integrated retrofit plan tailored to your priorities, budget and timelines. This will include a range of quotes from Retrofit Assist Authorized Contractors.

The Retrofit Assist team will also help line up the rebate possibilities and explain how you can finance the recommended retrofits.

4. LET US DO THE WORK

Once you have decided which retrofits to complete, thinkBright Homes will coordinate all the retrofits and contractors. You will benefit from their expertise as Energy Star certified builders, and maximize efficiency and potential for volume purchasing.

5. ENJOY!

All Retrofit Assist with LEEP10 deep energy retrofits are scheduled to complete between July–Dec. 2025. So you can look forward to a more comfortable and climate-friendly home just around the corner!
