Depending on the type(s) of upgrade(s) you are pursuing, the retrofit journey can take anywhere from a few months to a couple of years. The process is especially prolonged in areas that experience heavy snow as this typically slows down or halts any work during the winter months. This means that contractors are extra busy in the summer months, and sometimes homeowners have a hard time coordinating a job quickly. Additionally, some participants experience delays in starting their retrofit journey due to some rebate and financing program requirements. The Retrofit Assist team will do our best to help you complete your retrofit journey in a timely fashion.
